The 'Fish' story

The school times were beautiful for many reasons
Everyone attended the school in all the seasons

Later, the lectures and teachers are missed by all
The recess time is missed more for the play and fall

During recess, the lunch boxes were opened without hesitation
Variety of delicacies served together did not need any invitation

Some even did not knew the tiffin he carried that day
For it would be emptied, if even for a moment he looked away

Once, a 'fish' rice brought was mistakenly served to a vegetarian boy
This put off the mood in the camp as the boy thought it was ploy

He cried profusely and his entire day was wasted
Others laughed and made him feel guilty for the 'fish' he tasted

One smart boy counselled & suggested to forget and bury the incident
He convinced it was a unintended mistake, happened by accident

Thanx to that small counselling, the friendship continues even today
The boys hang out around without any guilt for what happened that day

Problems arise and get solved in the same round
Depending purely upon the person and people around

Sometimes there is no problem, still tension exist
A person with greater pain, faces it but does not exit

A small remembrance of one of those incidences of school
The 'fish' story revisited and still friendship continues to be cool

Kranti Daud – The Finish Hundreds of students along with degree college teachers, junior college teachers, non-teaching staff of Vedanta College gathered near Powai Chowk at Ulhasnagar – 3 to welcome the Running warriors of Vedanta College who were on the verge of completion of the historic 165kms run from Raigad Fort to Vedanta College. The run started at 6pm from Raigad Fort, continued for the entire night and reached the College at 9am. These 15 hours of hardwork deserved such a warm welcome   The Plan – The beginning:   The idea of Kranti Daud was proposed by Shivraj Bennurkar Sir while the Academic Calendar for 2022-23 was being made.
