Illusion (Post 2)

Anand a 9 year old jovial child with lot of energies stayed in Mumbai with his parents. He used to jump, play, kick, dance throughout the day. The result was obvious, his parents were unable to control the energies and used to get frustrated. This would end up being some beatings or mouth lashings.  Anand, was least bothered about such consequences and enjoyed being in his fantasy world. Even after 10 minutes of these drama in the house, he could be seen repeating the activities with same zeal and enthusiasm. Those 10 mins after the lashings were quiet moments in life of Anand. Nothing was different at school too, He was the most Out-Standing (pun intended) Student in the classroom. Parents were being called regularly for complaining about the mischiefs of the little boy. This added to the rift between child and the parent at home too. To worsen the situation, Anand failed in the class test too. Ramesh, Uncle of Anand, was called upon specially to help Anand and their parents to find w

Night

" Careful" shouted Prathamesh as the Car Skeetched to sudden halt. Everyone sighed a relief as it was almost edge of the Valley. The sudden stop sent a chill down the spine and Nainesh was shivering with fright now. He wanted a break from driving. Sujal knew to drive, so he went to driver's seat but the car failed to start.  Being Mid-December and close to Amavasya, the night was darker and the watch clocked 8pm. Everyone got out of car, the road was empty and very few vehicles were passing by. The worst part was they did not knew their exact location as the GPS signals failed in all the mobiles.  The chillness in the air compelled them to get back to car.  The initial few moments passed away by jokes shared by each one of them. The jokes became stories and obviously, horror stories found the way of discussion. This put additional burden on Nainesh, who was already petrified and he requested others to stop the stories session. There was a disturbing calmness within the ca

He was a affluent personality in the society and always put his hands up in times of natural disasters or crisis like Covid 19. The NGO was constantly receiving request for help from all quarters of the society. They started preparing food packets for 500 people for the first few days which rose to 7000+ over past few weeks. Wish

A young boy joined the national movement at age fourteen He dreamt of a  British Free India, right from his teens He sacrificed his family as well as  his personal desires  His closed peers too understood what this young man aspires He read various books and gathered maximum information He knew knowledge would be vital in freedom struggle of his nation He also read people and understood the nerve of the situation Hindustan Socialist Revolution Association was his creation He knew that mere freedom from Britishers was inadequate Their weapon of Divide and Rule was spreading more hate He predicted that 'Black officers' would replace the Whites Without caring for fellow beings, amassing wealth days and nights I wish, if only we could understand the wish of that boy who had the courage to embrace death with smile and joy He was prepared mentally at a tender age to accept martyrdom 'Simple living, high thinking' added  to his strength and wisdom Many times, I read Biography

You

The Central character of 'You' is O Which simply means the person we owe Life is a journey of me and you This simple logic understood by very few The entire world is busy doing for self What one forgets, is to lend a hand for help There is nothing wrong is earning money But whats in a life when its lonely, honey!!! One will not understand this unless they move out Have the compassion in heart to see without a doubt We live in the luxuries of life blessed upon us Many keep a smile on face, to hide all the fuss The night lockdown was announced as a measure Many flocked the stores to get things under pressure Needed or not immediately did not cross their mind In this process, did they not forget the basics of mankind? Very close to us, amongst the many of hutments The news of lockdown broke all their adjustments Amongst the basic needs of life, food ranks one Some had grains for a few days and few had none For us, lockdown is a punishment inside four walls Further, it cut our free

The favorite destination in the layout of a college visited and revisited by boys and girls of all age  Even today the memories of college stays fresh in that page those days the college was relatively free and not like a cage The place occupied by the group called friends Where love blossomed and fights often ends The place occupied by students of all kinds It was a meeting place of the best of minds Songs sung by the best and the worst with everyone around Applause from known and unknown created huge sound The cheerfulness uplifted the confidence of student who sang Many preferred being here even after the bell rang The scholarly guy who stayed back after regular chore Ate here before visiting library, in an attempt to increase his score The sports section which included the most active boys  Ensured to eat here before they hit the ground with their toys The scientist for whom the college was a second home The happy go lucky guy who enrolled in a college to just roam The NCC cadets w

The Golden days for humans were the primitive days The days where he went for hunting searching for preys To arrange for food was the only challenge for him Thereafter he would wander around till the lights became dim Early to sleep, early to rise were the unsaid rules he used to follow Strong physique, helped in cause of collecting woods, solid or hollow Though an animal, he had an advantage of being born with brain He Started inventing many 'things' for want of his grain Time passed, and the primitive man became aware of many possibilites His knowledge also gave him the required boost to strenghten his abilities Within few years, wheels became the way towards civilisation The man living in jungles carved his way towards Urbanisation Every day a research resulted in more than one invention Ensuring that the efforts were directed to ease the human tension One invention followed the other, some unique, some improvisation Each invention got its share of limelig

Water love

"Its my time to drink water along with my love for my love" declared Raja looking at his watch. "What??" asked Rafiq amusingly. Raja took him to the window and pointed out towards the Moon which was shining in the night sky like a King. Still Rafiq was confused, though he did not utter a word, his face gave away everything. Raja and Rafiq were part of the gang which had gone to Matheran for a night out with friends. Everyone had climbed Matheran this eveninng by walk, enjoying, singing, pulling each others leg and now were resting when Raja made this statement. Actually, he was the most mischievous boy in the gang. Always smiling on himself, cracking jokes and doing everything that others in the gang liked him. He was the heart of the gang. To say more about him, Raja was a happy-go-lucky teenager and enjoyed being very active. He was very good at mimics and would enact dialouges of parents of his friends and make everyone laugh at any time of the day. Not so

Ice Cream

When someone asks for a work to be done by love or with scream  I say, for the work done, All I need is an Ice cream My father was puzzled for my demand at that tender age For when he was small, life was more like a parrot in a cage Those days to even ask for a chocolate, he lacked that courage Today, in the book of life, he understood its time to turn the page Even when he asks me to get his work done, by love or with scream I politely say, for the work to be done, All i need I an Ice Cream My support system during my childhood is my Mother With her around, I never had a reason to bother I was the youngest in the family having an elder brother Majority of my work either done by him or my caring mother Still when she comes for getting a kitchen work done, by love or with scream I lovingly say, for the work  to be done, All I need is an Ice Cream I share a special relation with by elder one My best friend and the worst enemy but can be replaced by none Doing a misch

Can we play?

Can we play may look like an everyday affair But in today's date, the question arises, is it fair? With lakhs of people in and around not being aware The dangers of virus still lingers large in the air The answer to this question lies in how much you care If you are responsible, positive answer should be rare Youth may be disturbed in search of fresh air and may give reasons stating they will play fair They must understand that, lies in the open, is a big dare Its not about entertainment, for the virus is a big scare Though your immunity may be strong enough to fight this evil You may end up spreading being a carrier of this devil Maintaining basic hygiene, not touching things with hands bare Washing those hands regularly shows your love and care. Though playing out is always a better option than being indoor Today being alert requires wearing a mask while going outdoor No doubt we will come out of this situation very soon Lesser lo

15th March 2020 .. officially completed 25 years of teaching!!! The journey of teaching started in the year 1994-95 when 2 students (rather sisters) approached me to teach this subject of Book keeping, what started as a help, became a passion and then continued to become my proffession. The numbers increased in few months and had around 7 students for the first year. In a matter of 3 years, the number of students rose upto 100. Those days it was not classes but home tuitions where BK was being taught without a Black board. Nostalgic Memories!!! Then the Classes era started and being the pioneer had wonderful time running classes along with a friend for 6 more years and finally starting my own venture Heramb Coaching Classes on 25th Oct 2002. At Heramb, the initial years were wonderful and still have fresh memories of all the batches and students of those batches. The celebration of our first anniversary to 10th anniversary was just more than wonderful. Just last year, 25th Oct, 20

Talk to Teacher

HSC Boards..... 24 hours to go.... Nervous!!! Exicted!!! Anxiety!! Fear!!! Expectations!!! Too many emotions running through your mind currently.... Relax!!! You should be happy just because all your efforts will be rewarded soon!!! The Hardwork is done, so its time for some Smartwork!!! The next 24 hours try to concentrate on things that have you have already studied and perfected. Do not look for newer things, that part of syllabus which you have never covered. Don't fall prey to unnecessary rumours which will be viral in this world of social media amongst students. Stay away from GHOST FEARS... Ghost Fears are those fears which are non-existent like Would I be able to recollect the entire syllabus? Will the question which I have left out appear in the Question Paper? Is this Chapter important? and many more questions arising in your minds unnecessarily. Be confident about your preparations and set your expectations accordingly. At times when you feel that your

The First Run

When I say "First" is unforgettable.... yeah I mean it.!!! You have guessed it right too..  First Crush, First Love, First Child, First word of the child and the story continues.... For a runner, the first run matters too!!! A Chartered Accountant by Qualification, A Teacher by Profession and a Runner by Passion defines me perfectly. Till date I have done 2 full marathons (TMM 2019 and 2020 in sub 5 hours), few half marathons and many 10km runs. But still what remains fresh in my memory is my first 5km run in 55 minutes - yeah you got it right, a perfect example of "A Slow Runner". To learn the dynamics of running from close quarters, I completed Certificate Course of Long Distance running from American College of Sports Medicine and Exercise Science Academy. To practice the theoretical learnings, I coach at Runburn Coaching. (Runburn started with my Friend & Mentor - Mr. Devendra Mane aka Dev) This blog is my view point of running and the factors whi
